How It All Started
Phatt Pho Café began with a love for the comforting bowls of pho we grew up eating at home and a desire to share those Vietnamese flavors with Aspen. This city is special to us, and we wanted to create a cozy place where guests could enjoy a flavorful meal and feel welcome. Today, our focus is on pho, Vietnamese noodle bowls, fresh rolls, boba tea, and sweet treats. It’s our way of sharing a little comfort, one bowl at a time.
